In 1965, he was born in Nerima-ku, Fujimidai.
His Japanese cooking skill was prized by "Aya no Kuni no Takumi
(master of the colour of world) youth Meester" as first person in 1995
(that time family name was Kuroda).
Afterwards his amazing skill was award from "17th Japanese chef
skill world match" as award of Minister of Agriculture,
Forestry and Fisheries.
And he won silver medal by "skill grand prix 1997".
Also he participated 4 times as represents Saitama.
Always he was highly ranked and he's keeping to
make contribution for "skill Saitama"
He made adjustments art of decorative garnishing,
and established new style a vegetable art .
His technic of Japanese knife was reported by TV and magazines.
His teaching skill has good reputation which was made by
his past as teacher at cooking vocational school.
He also managed restaurant there.
From 2005 he has been to action as
Japanese knife master "Daisharin zamurai"
